PHILIPPE KRIEF IS APPOINTED ALPINE VP, ENGINEERING & PRODUCT PERFORMANCE

Effective 6th March 2023, Philippe Krief is appointed VP, Engineering & Product Performance, as well as Managing Director of Alpine Cars. He will join the brand's Management Committee and report directly to Laurent Rossi.

Philippe Krief will bring the experience he has gained throughout his career to bear on Alpine's strategy as the brand announced an unprecedented product plan for the upcoming years.

The arrival of Philippe Krief as head of both departments will strengthen the teams at a pivotal moment in its history. Robert Bonetto, VP Alpine Engineering, and Sovany Ang, VP Product Performance, will report directly to Philippe Krief and remain members of the Alpine Management Committee.

A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées, Philippe Krief has worked for Michelin and the Fiat Group. He continued his career in the automotive sector at Ferrari and then at Maserati, respectively as Director of the Vehicle Department and Technical Director of the Alfa Romeo brand. Back at Ferrari since June 2016, Philippe Krief has held the position of Director of Engineering.
