FEDRA RIBEIRO IS APPOINTED CEO OF MOBILIZE BEYOND AUTOMOTIVE

Patrick Claude, VP Finance of RenaultGroup and member of the board of RCI Banque SA, has been appointed by the Boardof Directors of RCI Banque SA as acting Chairman of the Board of Directors ofRCI Banque SA from January 1, 2023. His appointment will be subject tothe approval of the European Central Bank. 

Fedra Ribeiro, and Patrick Claude on aninterim basis, will thus succeed Clotilde Delbos who will leave Renault Groupon December 31, 2022.

Fedra Ribeiro joins Mobilize in November 2021 as COO.She was previously Executive Vice President Progressive Mobility at Bosch. FedraRibeiro started her career in 1998 in Portugal and has worked for VolkswagenGroup, Raytheon Technologies and SPX Corporation in several countries. Since2012, when she joined Bosch, she held several management positions in theConnected Mobility Solutions and Aftermarket divisions.

In 2020, Vulog, a leading shared mobilitytechnology provider, nominated her as one of the world's 20 most influentialwomen in mobility.

Patrick Claude is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Paris.He held a number of positions at the Rothschild and Barclays banks beforebecoming Treasurer at RCI Banque in 1996. In 2001 he moved on to Renault, wherehe is currently VP Finance. In 2014 he was also appointed Company Secretary andChief Risk Officer at RCI Banque and became a member of the ExecutiveCommittee. As of September 1,2021, Patrick Claude joins the RCI Bank and Services Board of Directorsand its Risk Committee.

ClotildeDelbos is a graduate of EM Lyon. She began her career inCalifornia, then in Paris, at Price Waterhouse, before she joined the Pechineygroup in 1992. She held various positions in France and Brussels, in internalauditing, treasury management and mergers and acquisitions, before she becameChief Financial Officer of the Bauxite, Aluminum and International TradeDivision. After the acquisition of Pechiney by the Quebec-based Alcan group, in2005 Clotilde Delbos became Chief Financial Officer of the Engineered ProductsDivision, until it was sold in 2011 to the investment fund Apollo GlobalManagement and to the Fonds Stratégique d’Investissement. Her last twopositions within this new entity, Constellium, were Deputy Chief FinancialOfficer then Chief Risk Officer.

ClotildeDelbos joined Renault Group in 2012 as VP, Group Performance and Control.

In April2016, she was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Renault Group andChairman of the Board of Directors of RCI Banque S.A.

In October2019, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Clotilde Delbos as ChiefExecutive Officer of Renault S.A. for an interim period until Luca de Meoassumed the position of Chief Executive Officer of Renault on July 1, 2020.

In July 2020,Clotilde Delbos became Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Renault,remaining also Chief Financial Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directorsof RCI Banque SA.

On January2021, Clotilde Delbos also becomes CEO, Mobilize Brand. On March 1, 2022, sheleft her position as Group Chief Financial Officer while retaining her otherfunctions. She is a member of Renault Group's Board of Management.

ClotildeDelbos is also a member of the Board of Directors of Alstom, since 2018, andAXA, since May 2021.
