ALPINE APPOINTS FOUR NEW MEMBERS TO ITS MANAGEMENT TEAM

• Alpine announces four new appointments to its management team, taking effect between 1 July and 1 October 2022: - Marine Le Bihan, VP Alpine Quality - Bénédicte Lenguin, Alpine General Counsel - Anne-Catherine Basset, Alpine Industrial Director & Director of Manufacture Alpine Dieppe Jean Rédélé - Soizic Pebereau, Alpine Director of Partnerships & Sponsorship • The Alpine Management Committee headed by Laurent Rossi will be reinforced by four female directors who are leaders in their fields. The committee has thus reached gender parity1, demonstrating the brand's commitment to promoting meritocracy and equal opportunities.

July 1, 2022. She will join the brand's Management Committee headed byLaurent Rossi and report as well to Thierry Charvet, Renault Group SVP Quality.She succeeds Gérald Serain, who will leave the group soon.

Since 1992,she has pursued her career at the Renault Group in engineering. She joined thequality department in 2018, where she worked to improve the quality of vehiclesfrom their inception.

Bénédicte Lenguin has been appointed Alpine General Counsel and will bea member of the brand's Management Committee from 1 September2022. She will also report to Quitterie de Pelleport, Renault Group SVP GeneralCounsel.

Also taking effect from 1 September, Anne-Catherine Basset will jointhe Alpine Management Committee as Industrial Director and Director of theManufacture Alpine Dieppe Jean Rédélé. She will report as well to Jose Vincentede los Mozos, Renault Group EVP Industry. Luciano Biondo will now focus on themanagement of Renault ElectriCity.

A graduate of Centrale Supélec, Anne-Catherine Bassetjoined Renault Group in 1998. She has spent more than 20 years within the groupin product engineering and factory operations in France, Romania and India.

Soizic Pebereau has been appointed, taking effect from 1 October tothe Management Committee as Director of Sponsorship & Partnerships for allAlpine activities, reporting directly to Laurent Rossi.

Soizic Pebereau is a graduate of ISC Paris and theLeonardo da Vinci University and has spent her entire career in sportssponsorship and partnerships. She is currently the Hospitality Director for the2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. She has also worked for the Stade FrançaisParis Rugby, Paris Saint Germain and Roland Garros - Master Paris Bercy tennistournaments.
