Jean Rédélé, founder of the Alpine brand, would have turned100 this year. As a way of paying tribute to the man, a large gathering isgoing to be held in Dieppe, which is home to the brand's historic industrialsite, the Manufacture Alpine Jean Rédélé de Dieppe, recently renamed at theinstigation of Luca de Meo, CEO Renault Group.
On May 28th and 29th, 2022, an expected1,000 Alpine of all generations will take to the lawns of the seaside city ofDieppe.
Participants and visitors will be taken on a journey throughthe major milestons of the brand’s history. The event will include anexhibition of Jean Rédélé’s iconic vehicles, belongings, and personalmemorabilia, as well as an Alpine parade through the streets of Dieppe.

A PANEL OFRENOWNED GUESTS
Along with Alpine representatives ready to put on an excitingweekend of fun and discovery, the Rédélé family will be joined by figureheadsfrom the brand’s 60-year history: Biche driver and co-driver, Marcel Callewaert, Jacques Cheinisse, Bernard Darniche, ChristianEthuin, Guy Fréquelin, Vincent Lavergne, Michel Leclère, Bob Neyret,Jean-Pierre Nicolas, Alain Serpaggi, Jean Vinatier, Michel Vial, as well as those behind the successs of thebrand-newA110, Jean-Pascal Dauce, Antony Villain, Pierre Sancinéna, and Laurent Hurgon.
AN EVENT BY THEFANS, FOR THE FANS
IDEA (Dieppe-based organisation for Alpine events) wasfounded to run the event, and brings together other organisations such as theAlpine Alumni Association (AAA), the Dieppe Alpine Club (CAD), and the DieppeAlpine Factory Club (CAUD).
Alpine will take part in the public celebration with with thepresence of the spectacular Alpine A522 (F1) and the presentation of a brandnew A110 in a new version, for the many enthusiasts gathered during this weekend.
