DUNCAN MINTO APPOINTED CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF DACIA & LADA

On March 1st, 2022, Duncan Minto joined the Dacia-LADA Business Unit as its Chief Financial Officer. He serves on the Management Committee headed by Denis Le Vot, General Manager of the Dacia and LADA brands. Duncan Minto also reports to Thierry Pieton, Chief Financial Officer of Renault Group.

Duncan MINTO will help roll out the BusinessUnit's strategic plan. The aims of the plan, which forms an integral part ofthe Renaulution, include ambitiously developing strong products,expanding into new markets, and strengthening and modernising Dacia’s brandimage.


Duncan MINTO, 46, studied at the University of StAndrews in Scotland. He began his career with Renault Group UK in 1997. Afterholding various finance-related positions, Duncan MINTO became Chief FinancialOfficer of Renault Nissan Portugal in 2006. In 2013, he was appointed ChiefFinancial Officer of the Renault Group's Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to joiningthe Dacia-LADA Business Unit, from 2017 Duncan MINTO was working as VPFinancial Planning and Analysis within Renault Group, reporting to the DeputyChief Financial Officer.
