Thierry Piéton appointed Chief Financial Officer of Renault Group

Boulogne-Billancourt, February 18th, 2022 – As of March 1st, 2022, Thierry Piéton, currently Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Controller, is appointed Chief Financial Officer of Renault Group. He becomes a member of the Board of Management (BOM) of Renault Group and will report to Luca de Meo, CEO of Renault Group. Clotilde Delbos will mainly focus on her role as CEO of the Mobilize brand, around RCI Banque SA of which she is the Chairman of the Board of Directors, to accelerate its development in the context of the Group's transformation and the next stages of the Renaulution plan.

Thierry Piéton,51, graduated from EM Lyon (Business School). He started his career as anauditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1995.

He joinedGeneral Electric (GE) in 1998 and subsequently held various finance positionsin the Healthcare division. In 2004, he became Chief Financial Officer forEurope, Middle East and Africa for GE Security.

Two yearslater, he took the role of Global Financial Planning & Analysis Managerwith GE Consumer & Industrial. In 2007, Thierry Piéton became ChiefFinancial Officer for GE Oil & Gas Global Services. In 2011, he becameChief Financial Officer for GE Power Conversion.

He joinedNissan Europe, as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in May 2014.

Since 1 June2016, Thierry Piéton has been Senior Vice President, Controller of GroupeRenault.

In February2020, he became Deputy Chief Financial Officer and SVP, Controller, RenaultGroup. On January 1, 2021, he was appointed Renault Brand Finance and a memberof Renault Group Corporate Management Committee.
