Gilles Vidal, 48, has been Design Director of thePeugeot brand since 2010. Under his impetus, the brand has renewed itsstylistic identity, with an upscale positioning embodied by cars such as 3008and 508. Within the PSA Group, he was also in charge of User Experience (UX)and User Interface (UI) developments and the creation of the Peugeot Design Labagency.
Gilles Vidal has spent his entire career withthe PSA Group. He started in 1996 at Citroën, successively in exterior andinterior design, then as manager of the Citroën C4 and C4 Picasso. He was thenentrusted with the production of Citroën concept cars and responsibility foradvanced design, before joining the Peugeot brand in 2009.
Gilles Vidal is a graduate of the Art CenterCollege of Design in Vevey, Switzerland.
